WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BRING TO REGISTRATION :
3. Photo copy of player's Birth Certificate (if not already on file from previous year)
4. Post dated cheque March 1, 2010 ($150) per child for Volunteer responsibilities i.e. food bar
5. Post dated cheque March 1, 2010 ($40) per child for volunteer duties for food bar during the Northern Bands Hockey tournament
6. Cheque for players registration fees - prices depend on player's league (PLEASE SEE REGISTRATION FORM FOR MORE DETAIL)
