The Sioux Spyders win the best of 5 Pee Wee play-offs 3-2!
After going ahead 1-0 on a goal by Knights forward Kyle Augustine, the Spyders finally evened the score after Andy Brunton jammed the puck in past Knights netminder Braeden Seagris during a wild goal mouth scramble. ....--->*more
After five minutes of 4 on 4 overtime in game 5, the score was still tied at 1-1. Both teams effort throughout the game was tremendous...then came the shootout!
After both goaltenders (Knights - Braeden Seagris and Spyders - Rylie Wills) kept the door shut for the best of three shootout it was down to sudden death! Four shooters later Spyder sniper Jesse Osmond managed to sneak one past Seagris for the victory!
